At LMS Space, we take the privacy of your educational institution's data seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle, process, and protect your account details and database inputs.

1. Information We Collect

When you subscribe to LMS Space or register an account, we collect the following basic customer details:

  • Contact Information: Your name, school/library name, email address, and phone number.
  • License Information: Your purchased license key, subscription duration, and payment status details.
  • Payment Logs: Merchant transaction reference numbers generated during Razorpay checkouts (we do not store your credit card digits or UPI PINs on our servers).

2. Internal Database Confidentiality

When you use our software, you enter records of your students, library books, issue history, and fee collections.

We treat all your uploaded student database and member records as strictly confidential.

We do not share, sell, distribute, or run advertising targeting the student information or book inventory logs you manage. The data belongs entirely to you.

3. Cookies & Session Storage

We use secure, essential cookies to keep you logged into the admin dashboard and remember the license configuration. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Data Security & Backups

All traffic between your browser and LMS Space is encrypted using HTTPS (SSL). Our databases are hosted in professional data centers with security layers and automated daily backups to protect your records from hardware failures or system errors.

5. Your Rights

If you decide to close your LMS Space account, you can email us to request the complete deletion of your institution profile and all associated student database files from our backup systems.
