How do I get started as a new user?

New institutions cannot purchase license keys directly from the portal. Please contact our support team at ankitrajxd@gmail.com or call +91 8544661277. We will configure your space database, map your cabin branch layout, and set up your active dashboard instance.

How does the subscription renewal work?

Once your active database setup is live, you will receive a unique LMS License Key. You can renew your subscription anytime by pasting this license key into our secure online Checkout Portal to instantly add 30 days of software access.

Is there any contract, auto-debit, or setup fee?

No. SpaceIMS has no lock-in contracts or automatic renewals. We do not support auto-debit. We perform database configurations and remote onboarding support completely free of setup charges.

Can I cancel my subscription or get a refund?

Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform, contact our email support within 7 days of license key activation for a full refund processed back to your original source account within 5-7 days.
