Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service

LMS Space is a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) application. We sell digital subscription licenses that allow library owners, coaching institute directors, and private school administrators to manage databases of books, students, attendance logs, and fee reports online.

2. Digital License Keys

Upon purchasing a subscription plan, a digital license key is generated. This license key grants you a non-transferable, revocable right to run your admin console instance for the duration of the plan purchased.

3. Subscription Billing & Fees

Our subscription prices are clear and billed upfront:

• Starter Plan: ₹1,499 for 30 Days.

All payments are handled securely through our gateway integrations. If your subscription expires, your license key becomes inactive, and your admin dashboard access may be limited until a new license is purchased.

4. User Accounts and Safety

You are responsible for keeping your administrator passwords, receptionist login details, and license keys confidential. You agree not to distribute your license keys to third parties. LMS Space reserves the right to terminate your service immediately if we discover that a single license key is shared across unauthorized institutions.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the student details, fee records, and book catalog inventory lists entered into your admin portal. We do not sell or share your institution's internal records. We perform automated nightly backups to prevent data loss.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to comply with changes in local tax laws or software upgrades. Continued usage of the software after an update denotes your agreement to the new terms.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to LMS Space services will be governed by the laws of India and resolved under the jurisdiction of Muzaffarpur courts.
