Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

LMS Space is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. All of our features, database dashboards, and services are hosted entirely on secure online servers.

We do not package, mail, or ship any physical products (such as DVDs, memory cards, paper installation manuals, or hardware devices).

2. Instant Delivery and Activation

Because delivery is 100% digital, there are no shipping fees or delivery delays:

• Immediate Generation: As soon as your payment is approved by the Razorpay payment gateway, a unique digital license key is generated on the screen.
• Email Delivery: A copy of the license key, along with your invoice and transaction details, is automatically sent to your registered email address within a few minutes.
• Instant Activation: You can enter this license key into your LMS Space admin dashboard to immediately extend your active account days.

3. Delivery Failures & Support

In rare instances, network delays or email spam filters may cause a delay in receiving your confirmation email.

If your license key does not appear on your billing screen or email inbox within 30 minutes of completing your payment, please contact us immediately:
