Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LMS Space, we value our customers' satisfaction. Since our software is fully digital, we have formulated a straightforward refund and cancellation policy for local study libraries, tuition classes, and school owners.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If our management software does not suit your business flow, or if you change your mind within the first 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
To request a refund, please send an email to ankitrajxd@gmail.com with:
- Your library/coaching class name
- Your registered email and phone number
- The transaction receipt or license key
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will deactivate the associated license key.
The refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's clearing cycle.
3. Cancellation Terms
We do not believe in lock-in contracts or automatic hidden renewal charges:
- No Auto-Debit: We do not automatically charge your card when a subscription expires.
- Expiry and Deactivation: If you do not manually purchase a renewal license, your account status changes to "Inactive" or "Expired" at the end of the duration (30 days, 180 days, or 365 days).
- Cancel Anytime: You are free to stop using the system at any point. There are no cancellation fees or exit charges.
